The Half-Way Mark of 2021
As I asked in last week’s vlog post, have you patted yourself on the back and reminded yourself that “My Business and I Survived a Pandemic?”
I don’t know about you, but I’m a one-and-done plague kind of gal. Now that I have made it to the other side, I can confidently say that I don’t want to be like one of those 105+-year-old ladies that I’ve seen interviewed in media this year. You know the ones who were alive during the Spanish Flu, then Polio, and now Covid-19.
One is enough for me; been there, done that AND, I now have my badge!
All joking aside. As I now reflect on the past six months of 2021, I am thankful, prepared, and encouraged for the future.
Are you? Have you taken the time to acknowledge all that you’ve achieved this year so far?
Here are highlights of my accomplishments at the half-way mark of 2021:
I successfully delivered many virtual, and eventually in-person, CliftonStrengths® alignment, teambuilding, and business development visioning/planning sessions. I have showcased the feedback and excitement from many of my clients’ testimonials here: https://authentizity.com/references/.
I was honored to be the keynote speaker on a variety of topics. I was also interviewed on several podcasts and featured in regular and social media outlets including those captured here: https://authentizity.com/news/ and https://authentizity.com/webinars/.
ARMORED reached new heights with nearly 1,100 copies sold to date; it also continues to receive great press including: https://dawnflandry.com/press/.
I was picked up as a featured speaker by WCD Enterprises, Inc., a Global Speaker Agency with 25 years of experience: https://wcdspeakers.com/speakers/dawn-landry.
I announced Authentizity’s new, online Doer/Seller Business Development Course: BD Dynamics, Empowering the Technical-Minded: https://authentizity.com/bd-dynamics/.
Now it’s your turn to remind yourself of all of the great things that you and your company have achieved already in 2021.
Don’t wait for your supervisor or clients to thank you. As I described in this blog post from a few months ago, appreciate yourself and own your accomplishments! https://authentizity.com/owning-your-accomplishments/.
So, let’s celebrate all victories large and small; let’s also be encouraged, knowing and trusting that we are just getting started.
I can’t wait to see what the rest of 2021 brings to each and every one of us! Stay tuned and keep up to date on the latest Authentizity happenings by subscribing to our mailing list at www.authentizity.com.
