Cultural Fit Or Entitlement??? A Quick Way to Check!
There’s an entitlement epidemic going around. I am constantly amazed at the conclusion of my training sessions how participants just leave their trash behind for someone else to deal with it. It’s down right gross!

The higher the rank of professional you are interviewing, the more important the necessity to test this human trait, as it can reveal if a candidate has a servant leader mentality or an entitled attitude.
